Court booking without the phone calls
Booking a court used to mean calling the club, asking what's free, and calling back twice. On QORT you open the club, see the open slots, tap one and pay. Your request goes to the club, which confirms within 30 minutes.
How it works
On the map or in a list. Each club's card shows its number of courts, surface types, indoor or outdoor, and hourly price.
The club's calendar is live. Taken hours appear closed, open hours are one tap. You can book several hours back to back.
Pay by card or wallet balance; the slot is held for you while you pay. Your request goes to the club, which confirms within 30 minutes. If it doesn't, you're refunded in full.
Thirty minutes before the match your 6-digit check-in code appears in the app; tell it to the staff when you arrive. Log the score afterwards and your stats and league points update on their own.
Price and payment
The club sets the hourly price; QORT adds nothing on top. Any platform service fee or transaction fee appears as its own line at checkout.
Payment runs through a licensed payment provider; your card details are never stored on QORT servers. Any transaction fee has its own line on the payment screen and is never folded into the price.

Wallet balance
Top up once and use it across bookings. League prizes and refunds land in the wallet too.
Cancellation and refunds
Refunds depend on how long is left before the match: more than 24 hours, full refund; between 2 and 24 hours, half; under 2 hours, none. Before cancelling, we suggest moving the same booking to another day or hour.
The refund amount shows live on the cancel screen and nothing happens until you confirm. If the club doesn't confirm or can't honour the booking, you get everything back.
You see the refund before you cancel. No surprises.
QORT Wallet
The wallet lives inside the app. Pay for court bookings and in the store from the same balance, without entering card details every time.
When you cancel a booking the refund lands in your wallet straight away, or on your saved card if you prefer. Close your account and any remaining balance goes back to your saved card — nothing stays locked inside.
One balance
Courts and the store draw from the same wallet; you can combine balance and card at checkout.
Instant refunds
The refund is in your balance right after you cancel; moving it to your card is an option too.
Send by QORT ID
Type a friend's QORT ID and send from your balance. Splitting a court fee no longer needs anyone's bank details.
Surface, indoor and outdoor
When you pick a club, every court lists its surface: clay, hard, synthetic grass or grass. Indoor courts are flagged separately. If you want to play through winter, keeping the indoor filter on saves time.

Frequently asked
How close to the hour can I book?
Right up to match time, as long as the club's calendar is open. Some clubs close last-minute bookings; those hours then appear closed.
Can I book a court for a friend?
Yes. The booking sits on your account; who plays is not the club's concern. The fee comes from your payment method.
What if I arrive late?
The booked hour is fixed; lost time isn't extended or refunded. If the next hour is free the club may open it for you, at its discretion.
Can I move my booking to another hour?
Yes. Change the day or hour from the booking details — no need to cancel and book again.
I turned up and the court wasn't ready.
When a club fails to honour a booking, the fee is refunded in full. Report it from the app; repeat cases get the club suspended.
If you run a club
You don't sign yourself up on a panel; we do the setup. We enter the courts, surface types, opening hours and prices, and hand the panel over once everything runs. In the panel you watch today's occupancy live, track cancellations and changes on the same screen, and export earnings as CSV for any date range.
