Find a rival: someone your level, not the same three people
Every tennis player has the same problem: finding someone at their level who's free at the same time. QORT gives you three ways: set your preferences and let the app find a rival, invite a friend by QORT ID, or join an open match where the court is booked and a player is missing.
How it works
Near you or by district; which days, which time windows, what level your rival should be, scored or rally. The number of players matching your choices updates live.
The search runs in the background; you don't have to wait on the screen. When a rival is found you see match count, win rate and trust score side by side. You can back out for free until a court is chosen.
You choose the court and time and the offer goes to your rival, who accepts, suggests another time or declines. With more than 24 hours to go they have 2 hours to reply; otherwise 30 minutes.
When you both enter the same score the match is final; if one of you doesn't within 24 hours, the entered score stands. Then you rate your rival — they don't see your rating.
Level, trust and fees
There are five tiers: beginner, improver, intermediate, advanced and high. You pick yours at sign-up; after that the system updates it from match results and it can't be edited by hand. In matching you choose your rival's tier range, and it works symmetrically for both sides.
Every player has a trust score built from their opponents' ratings. You can choose to match only with trusted players, or only with players of your own gender.
Fee sharing
Whoever sends the offer pays for the court in full; when the rival accepts they pay their share, which is refunded to the sender.
Open matches
Listings where the court is booked but a player is missing: venue, time, how many are needed and your share are on the card. Join with one tap.
Scores, lateness and safety
If scores don't match you can accept, message your rival or dispute; if there's no agreement within 72 hours the QORT team reviews it. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a forfeit.
If someone behaves badly, block or report them from their profile; repeat reports suspend the account. The rules are in the terms of use (in Turkish).
Finding a rival shouldn't take a contacts list. Just your preferences.
Add friends with your QORT ID
Every player has a permanent QORT ID; it's always on their profile and copies with one tap. To play with someone you know, you don't search their name: type their QORT ID or scan their QR code.
When inviting a friend you also pick the day, time window and match type; the offer goes out without waiting for matching.

Frequently asked
I'm a beginner — will anyone match with me?
Yes. You set the level range yourself, and beginners are the biggest group. If nobody turns up this time, the app suggests widening the days, times or distance.
What if my rival pulls out at the last minute?
You can start matching again, post an open match or cancel the court. Which makes sense depends on how long is left before the match.
How do I find opponents for doubles?
Automatic matching works for singles. For doubles, book the court with friends or post an open match for the missing player.
What if someone enters the wrong score?
A score is final when both sides enter the same result. If you can't agree within 72 hours, the QORT team reviews it and decides.
Is QORT only for finding a rival?
No. Matching is one part of QORT: in the same app you book the court, play in a league, take lessons, buy your kit and pay from your wallet.
