Store: get your kit from the same app
Rackets, shoes, tracksuits — each used to be its own search. In the QORT store, sellers offering the same product appear side by side: price, delivery and seller rating together. Order in the app and track the parcel on the same screen.
How it works
Men, Women, Kids and Tennis gear. Clothing covers starter kits, tracksuits, t-shirts and shoes; tennis gear covers rackets, balls, grips, bags and accessories.
Several sellers can offer the same product; price, delivery time and seller rating are ranked together. The product page shows the lowest price of the last 30 days and the price history — discounts are calculated from it.
At checkout you choose who it's for. For a gift, your friend enters their own address and you never see it; if they don't within 48 hours the order is cancelled and fully refunded.
Each seller ships separately; courier and tracking code are on the order screen. When it shows as delivered, we ask whether you got it. If not, the QORT team steps in.
Price, shipping and payment
Your basket is grouped by seller; each has its own shipping fee and free-shipping threshold. Seller coupons and QORT promo codes are applied separately.
Checkout is one page: QORT balance, your card or both. Any transaction fee has its own line and is never folded into the price. Invoices download as PDF from the order screen.

A racket, a tracksuit and a four-pack of balls. Everything someone starting tennis needs in one bundle.
Back-in-stock alerts
Save a sold-out product to favourites; you're notified when it's back or when the price drops.
Returns
You can return within 14 days of delivery, including part of an order. If the product is faulty or wrong, return shipping is on the seller and a photo is required; if you changed your mind, shipping is on you.
Cancel before the order ships and you're refunded instantly. Refunds go straight to your balance or back to your card, your choice. Details are in the terms of use (in Turkish).

Frequently asked
Does QORT sell the products?
No — the store is a marketplace. Sellers sell; QORT runs payment and the process. Each seller's rating, dispatch time and on-time delivery rate are on their profile.
Can I send a gift to a friend?
Yes. Choose your friend at checkout, add a note and hide the price if you like. Your friend enters their own address; if they don't within 48 hours, the order is cancelled and refunded.
Are the discounts real?
The discount is calculated from the lowest price of the last 30 days; you can see the price history on the product page.
It says delivered but I don't have it.
When the courier marks it delivered we ask you. Say you didn't get it and a case goes to the QORT team. If you don't answer within seven days, delivery is confirmed.
Who do I ask about a product?
Ask the seller from the product page, or message them from the order screen if you've ordered. Only people who received the product can review it.
If you want to sell
If you sell tennis gear or tennis clothing, you can join the QORT store. In the seller panel you manage products, stock and prices, orders and returns; you enter the courier and tracking code yourself.
